Cookie Policy
How this website uses cookies and similar technologies.
UK PECR
This is conventional UK website cookie wording for review. It is not yet approved Estate legal wording. Cookie use should be re-checked whenever analytics, embedding or authentication tools change.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and session identifiers used to operate a site securely.
2. How we use cookies
This website currently uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation, for example:
- session cookies required for Estate administration sign-in; and
- security cookies used to protect forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF).
These essential cookies do not require consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), though we still explain them here for transparency.
3. Analytics and marketing
We do not currently use non-essential analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies on the public website. If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, consent controls will be introduced before such cookies are set.
4. Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the website — particularly Estate administration sign-in — from working correctly.
5. More information
For general guidance on cookies, see the Information Commissioner’s Office pages at ico.org.uk. Related personal-data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
